LiTTLe TuRtLes

The turtle can go out to play

And nothing can prevent it

When he's tired of play,

He folds himself up carefully,

And puts himself away.

Slowly creeping, slowly crawling,

Slow is nice, you know!

Little turtle in your shell,

Slowly you do go.

He swims in the water

And he climbs on the rocks.

I'm a little turtle,

I crawl so slow,

And carry my house

Wherever I go.

When I get tired

I pull in my head,

My legs and my tail,

And go to bed!
